You can consume Spirulina with 2 glasses of water or add it to yogurt, muesli, milk shake, juice or fruit cream. For adults it is recommended to consume 3-4 tablets twice a day, while for children 2-3 tablets twice a day. It is important that the intake is done by lunchtime.
