1. GENERAL

1.1. The website www.MythicFlavors.gr (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is the official online store of the individual business of food products trade KONSTANTAKOS G. SOTIRIOS, with Tax ID 147319410, 4th Tax Office of Thessaloniki, with ΓΕΜΗ number 158766555000 (hereinafter referred to as “Operator” or “Administrator”). The registered office of the Operator is located in the city of Thessaloniki, Tenedou 45 Street, postal code 54454, Greece.

1.2. The purpose of the Website is the sale of packaged food, alcoholic beverages and related products/services. In this context, the Operator and/or the Website promotes, promotes and resells the products of the suppliers with whom it cooperates, while retaining the right to select the products it promotes and to modify, renew and/or withdraw them at any time and without prior notice.

1.3. These terms and conditions govern the use of the Website and its services by the visitor/user (hereinafter, “the User”), the User’s transactions with the Administrator, as well as the processing of any personal data of its visitors. The provisions applicable to these Terms apply also to any other terms and conditions found within the website. The User must read these Terms and in case of disagreement with any of them, the User must stop browsing the website and refrain from any transaction with it and/or the Administrator.

2. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Administrator shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect and/or incidental and/or consequential and/or special damages and/or costs and/or penalties, including: business interruption and/or loss of information and/or loss of data and/or loss of customers and/or loss of business and/or loss of profits and/or loss or damage to property, and any third party claims arising from and/or in connection with the use, copying or presentation of this website or its contents or any other linked website, regardless of whether the Administrator was aware, knew or should have known of this possibility.

3. PRICING POLICY & TRANSACTION SECURITY

3.1. Pricing Policy: The prices of the products and/or services are in euro currency and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). The price of the goods and services shall be the same as for transport costs. 3.2. Payment methods: Customers within Greece are offered the option to pay by cash on delivery, by paying the cost of the service to the courier company’s employee in addition. In all other cases, transactions are carried out through an online payment provider such as PayPal or by using a card (debit, credit, prepaid, etc.) of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro etc. through the secure environment of Alpha Bank. When the user chooses to pay using the secure environment of Alpha bank, he automatically accepts the terms and conditions of the bank. 3.3. Transaction Security: The Administrator is committed to ensuring the security, protection, proper use and integrity of the data it collects about the users of its website. The Administrator and the Website use all necessary means and methods to protect the personal data provided by the User for the service and/or transactions with the Administrator and/or the Website. 4. COPYRIGHT

The design of the Website, the texts in any part of it, as well as the trademark and name of www.MythicFlavors.gr are the Intellectual Property of the Administrator.

5. SHIPPING & RETURN OF ORDERS

5.1. Shipping: The www.MythicFlavors.gr online store serves all countries in the world, subject to minor exceptions and/or circumstances. Orders are handled and processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays are handled on the next business day. You can find detailed shipping costs about the country you are, by clicking here.

5.2. Return/Refund: Every order is packed with great care and each item is shipped in perfect condition. In the event that an order contains a product or products that have been damaged during transport, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. In order to accept a return, the product must be in the condition it was received, unused, complete, with the original packaging intact along with all the documents that accompanied the product, correct storage conditions must have been maintained and in general, the products have not suffered any reduction in their value. The Administrator will replace it or refund the money the User paid for the product and its shipping.  Returns are made at the User’s responsibility to the Administrator’s headquarters in address Tenedou 45, Thessaloniki, Greece and postal code 54454.

5.3. Unjustified withdrawal/cancellation of an order: The User has the right of unjustified withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product. In case of an order of several goods, which have been delivered separately, the period of fourteen (14) calendar days starts from the day of delivery of the last product to the User. In case of a service contract, a right of withdrawal is provided for within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In case of withdrawal and return of the product, the Operator shall refund any payment received from the User, including, where applicable, the cost of delivery, within 14 days from the day the User notifies the Operator in writing form of the withdrawal from the contract. The User shall bear the cost of returning the goods, unless the Operator has agreed to bear the cost himself or has failed to inform the User thereof. The Operator shall be obliged to return the money within 14 days from the day on which he was informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from the contract. However, the Operator may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the User has provided proof that he has sent back the goods.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS.

6.1. The Administrator continuously updates and improves the Website and the products and/or the provided services. The present terms and conditions are updated accordingly. The User must read these terms of use in order to remain aware of any changes. The terms and conditions may change at any time without notice.
